Sixinch furniture is foamcoated. This is a technique that replaces normal fabric and upholstery and is flexible, waterproof and seamless. Sixinch furniture is padded with high density foam where cushioning isrequired, then sprayed directly with an unique flexible coating. This creates smooth and seemless pieces with the consistency of one material. Foamcoating is available in any Pantone, NCS or RAL colour. 

Sixinch foam comes in two different thicknesses.  Soft flex the original Sixinch coating combines two materials and uses a four layer system. It is suitable for indoor furniture and be printed onto, allowing users to personalise the pieces by adding logos, names or symbols.  Flex plus the latest coating developed by Sixinch. It uses a combination of four different materials in a four layer system. It is very strong and durable and suitable for indoor and outdoor use.  Sixinch coating passed numerous health and safety tests including full fire resistance and DIN EN7 1-3 standards for children toys.
