• If the item is unavailable from our distributers and manufacturers, we will let you know and issue a full refund. We are currently unable to hold your order until the item comes back into stock. We hope to remedy this soon.

Also for contacting you for the purposes of compiling your order and keeping you up to date with its delivery to your chosen delivery date.

• Yes, naturally we do, simply contact your allotted account manager at minimalhome.com and request a shipping quote on the items that you have selected/purchased. On orders processed from outside the UK, VAT can be reimbursed once we have the shipping document details to your chosen destination.  So this can help offset shipping costs to countries outside the United Kingdom.

• Please be aware that you may be responsible for import duties and taxes that may be incurred.

• If the item is in stock, normally 2-3 weeks for UK deliveries. International normally add 7-10 days.

• If it is a made to order product 5-10 weeks for UK deliveries. International normally add 7-10 days.

• At the beginning of the order process you will be allocated an account manager.  They will help you with your order and keep you updated via email and phone on your delivery date and time.  Working with you from the onset to triple check colour ways, finishes, fabrics and leathers. Also that you have your required quantity and specification.  They will work with our distributers and manufacturers to get an early as  possible delivery date.

• Your allocated account manager in London or Hong Kong will find out update information on your order from the factory/workshop or distributer and keep you well abreast of when your delivery date should be.

• For UK Please re-wrap item to protect it and our curriers will collect it.  The account manager will then organise with out supplier to get the correct item back out to you ASAP

• For International Customers - please re-package and return the goods to the address your account manager will give you.  Once these goods have been received we will reimburse you in full for the additional  shipping costs that you have incurred.

• This scenario is highly unlikely as the account manager will double check your order with you emailing you a purchase order to check and sign.  This is what our manufacturer/distributer would receive too once you had signed it.  But if a mistake like this does happen we will move mountains to rectify it.

• Our delivery team will remove all packaging, allowing you to inspect them to ensure you are satisfied. You will then be asked to sign our Proof of Delivery note, accepting the goods. If someone else is accepting delivery on your behalf, it is very important that they are fully aware of the product details. If you would like us to leave the products packaged, please let us know in advance. If we have agreed a delivery date  and slot, and you are out when we arrive, we can reschedule a delivery for the next available date. There will be a charge for the subsequent delivery.

• If the delivery address is changed after the order is placed we will re-calculate the delivery fees and either charge or refund you the difference. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us (with the original packaging) and we’ll refund or replace– it’s that simple. 

• We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations. 

• Return an item within 28 days in perfect condition together with original packaging and we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights. 

• Please note that bespoke furniture, special orders, flat-packed items that have been assembled, made-to-order items, gift vouchers and personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty. 

• Please complete the Exchange & Return Form included with your order and return it with the item. Please contact us prior to returning an item. 

• You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order.
